Frequently Asked Questions
For every completed shipment on Vediway, the platform charges a flat 10% technology facilitation fee. For example, on a ₹1,000 booking, ₹100 is retained by Vediway for routing, server infrastructure, and gateway processing, while ₹900 is settled directly into the driver's linked bank account.
No. Both shop owners and drivers can register and use the platform completely free of charge. We only take our 10% commission when a shipment is successfully accepted, transported, and verified via OTP.
If a booking is cancelled before the driver is dispatched to the pickup point, a 100% refund is initiated back to the sender's original payment method via PhonePe within 5–7 business days.
